Recommended dosage: colon cleansing: let a spoonful of flaxseed powder swell in a large glass of water. Drink jelly like liquid. Make sure you have enough liquid - drink 2 liters of water all day.

Intestinal rehabilitation: instead of breakfast, take the following mixture for three weeks:

Week 1: 1 teaspoon flaxseed powder and 100 ml yoghurt

Week 2: 2 teaspoons flaxseed powder and 100 ml yoghurt

Week 3: 3 teaspoons flaxseed powder and 150 ml kefir

When baking, usually up to 20% of the amount of flour in the formula (e.g. unhealthy wheat flour) can be replaced by flaxseed powder. For meat dishes, add flour to the raw meat.
